Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.payzonitservices.com, operated by PAYZONINDIA PVT LTD. We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you can request a full refund.
  • Incorrect Products: If you received the wrong item, we will issue a refund once the correct product is returned.
  • Wrong Size or Color (Clothing/Footwear/Accessories): If the item doesn’t meet your expectations (wrong size or color), you can request a refund as long as the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Perishable items: Such as food, flowers, or any other items with a limited shelf life.
  • Personalized items: Products that have been customized, made to order, or tailored to your specifications.
  • Sale Items: Unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Downloadable Software/Content: No refunds will be given for software, digital products, or e-gift cards once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@payzonitservices.com within 7 days of receiving the product. You will need to provide:
    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
  2. Return the Item: If the product is eligible for a return, you will be instructed to return it within 15 days from the date of receiving the product. The product must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all packaging intact.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  4. Note: Bank processing times may vary.

If you prefer to exchange the item instead of receiving a refund, we can assist you in exchanging the product for an item of equal or lesser value. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@payzonitservices.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the refund request process above.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following:

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@payzonitservices.com.
