1. Scope of Services

PayzonIndia provides web and mobile app development, API and B2B portal solutions, dedicated and VPS hosting, cyber security services, KYC and identity verification, digital marketing and PR services, and related products such as recharge, shopping and news portals. The exact scope, features and timeline for your project are defined in the quotation, proposal or service agreement shared with you before work begins, and that document takes precedence over this general policy for anything it specifically addresses.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, contact and KYC information required to deliver the service
• Share content, credentials, and approvals within agreed timelines to avoid project delays
• Use hosting, API and portal products only for lawful business purposes
• Keep login credentials and API keys confidential and report any suspected misuse promptly

3. Payment Terms

Custom development projects typically require an advance payment (usually 40-50% of the project value) before work commences, with the balance payable on milestone completion or final delivery, as specified in your quotation. Hosting, verification and subscription-based services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Delayed payments may result in a temporary suspension of ongoing work or active services until dues are cleared. All fees are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (source code, design files, and documentation created specifically for your project) transfers to you. PayzonIndia retains the right to reuse general frameworks, reusable code libraries, and proprietary tools developed prior to or independently of your engagement. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of PayzonIndia.

5. Service Delivery & Timelines

Project timelines shared during onboarding are good-faith estimates based on the agreed scope. Timelines may shift if the scope changes, requested content or approvals are delayed, or third-party dependencies (domain registrars, payment gateways, government verification APIs) experience delays outside our control. We will communicate any material changes to the schedule as soon as they are identified.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any business, technical or financial information shared during the engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services. This obligation continues beyond the completion or termination of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

PayzonIndia will exercise reasonable skill and care in delivering all services. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or data, arising from third-party service outages, force majeure events, or misuse of delivered systems by the client or its end users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Fees for work already completed, and any non-refundable third-party costs incurred, remain payable upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting active contracts will be communicated directly to the client.
